Natural Helpers work in teams of two and are available to any student who would like to speak to them about a concern. Topics Natural Helpers may assist with include self-image, gossip, rumors, stress, teasing, bullying, friendship and achievement in school. Natural Helpers have been trained to assist students in problem solving and recognize when an issue needs to be referred to an adult.
If a student would like to speak to a Natural Helper they may fill out a referral form located in the office.

The CDA provides emotional, social and behavioural support to all students at Meadowbrook School. The CDA is available to any student who has a concern and needs someone to talk to.
The CDA consults with staff, students, parents and when necessary, with outside agencies. The CDA program is designed to provide proactive and preventative programs as well as intervention with issues which have already been identified. The CDA is an active members of both the School Resource and Crisis Management Teams.

The CDA is available to work with any student in the school. Students can come speak to Mrs. Diebolt on their own by asking their teacher or making an appointment. If Mrs. Diebolt is not in her office students are encrouaged to leave a note under her door and she will speak to them when avaiable. Students can also email Mrs. Diebolt by using their school gmail account.
