Nutrition Programs & Healthy Hunger

Nutrition at Meadowbrook

Breakfast Program

Meadowbrook School is pleased to offer a selection of breakfast items to students each day. Our Breakfast Program is open to all students in the school regardless of circumstances. Our menu will offer a variety of healthy breakfast choices based on the Canada Food Guide that students can grab as they enter the school building. The Breakfast Cart is stationed in the front lobby by the Office.

If you have any questions, please contact the CDA, Mrs. Diebolt, at (403) 948-5656.

Lunch & Snacks

Students eat snacks and lunches in their homeroom classrooms. Unfortunately, there are no microwaves, eating utensils or hot water available to the students. However, if there is a need, students may choose from an assortment of snack-type options available at the Office.

Healthy Hunger Lunches

Our School Council makes fun lunches possible through Healthy Hunger™. Check the Bulldog Bulletin each week for upcoming lunch selections. Click on the link below to order. All proceeds go to School Council in their support of educational materials and experiences for our students throughout the year.
